Privacy at Tabled.
This is the privacy notice for the marketing site at usetabled.com. The product itself (the platform a business signs into) has its own customer agreement and data processing addendum, available on request before the public launch.
What we collect on this site
- Email address — collected only when you voluntarily submit it via the waitlist or Founding 25 form. We use it to send you launch updates from the founder. You can reply to any email and ask to be removed.
- Anonymous analytics — if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and understand which sections of the site are most useful. We do not collect IP addresses in a way that identifies you, and we do not sell or share data with advertisers.
- Standard server logs — our hosting provider (Netlify) records request metadata (timestamp, URL, response code) for security and abuse prevention. These logs rotate automatically.
What we don’t collect
- No third-party advertising trackers, pixels, or remarketing tags.
- No payment, ID, or financial information.
- No social media login or third-party identity provider.
- No contact list or address-book uploads.
Cookies & analytics
The first time you visit, you’ll see a banner asking whether to allow analytics cookies. Until you accept, no analytics scripts run. You can change your choice anytime by clearing this site’s storage in your browser. Strictly necessary cookies (the consent choice itself) are stored in your browser’s localStorage and never sent to a server.
How we protect information
- HTTPS-only — TLS enforced via HSTS preload.
- Strict Content Security Policy — no third-party scripts run unless explicitly allow-listed.
- Frame-ancestors locked to none — the site cannot be embedded in another origin’s iframe.
- Permissions-Policy denies camera, microphone, geolocation, payment, USB, FLoC, and Topics.
- Static export — there is no application server or database exposed by this marketing site.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any email you’ve submitted by writing to anthony@usetabled.com. We’ll confirm and delete within 30 days. EU and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively; the same email address handles those requests.
Trademarks & nominative use
Tabled’s marketing materials reference third-party tools and services (Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Birdeye, DoorDash Drive, Uber Direct, and others) for the purpose of factual comparison. All such marks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this site implies sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by those companies.
Changes
We may update this notice as the product evolves toward launch. Material changes will be announced on the site homepage and via the founder’s update list.
